- 2 cups Rice
- 1 can Sardines
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Lime, for garnish
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the sardines to the pan and cook for a few minutes until heated through.
4. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Serve the sardines over the cooked rice. Garnish with lime wedges.
