  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Lime, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the sardines to the pan and cook for a few minutes until heated through.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. 5. Serve the sardines over the cooked rice. Garnish with lime wedges.
