A classic Italian sub sandwich loaded with meats, cheese, and veggies.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Sub Rolls
- 8 slices Provolone Cheese
- 8 slices Salami
- 8 slices Ham
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Tomatoes sliced
- ½ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Slice the sub rolls in half lengthwise.
2. Layer the provolone cheese, salami, and ham on the bottom half of each roll.
3. Top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion.
4. Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the veggies.
5. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to taste.
6. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich and press down gently.
7. Serve immediately or wrap tightly and refrigerate for later.
