- 12 Jalapenos halved and seeded
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
Dip each filled jalapeno into breadcrumbs to coat.
Place jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
