  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add rice and cook, stirring frequently, until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and onion, cook until softened.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and chicken broth, bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Fluff with a fork and serve.
