Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Water
- 1 package Tofu, cubed
- 3 tablespoons Miso paste
- 1 cup Wakame seaweed soaked and drained
- 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
1. Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
2. Add the tofu and wakame seaweed to the pot.
3. Reduce the heat to low and dissolve the miso paste in a small amount of hot water, then add it to the pot.
4. Stir gently and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
