Mohawk Indian Corn Soup Recipe
A traditional and hearty soup made with corn, beans, and squash.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Beans cooked
- 1 cup Squash diced
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 6 cups Vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
2. Add the corn, beans, and squash. Cook for a few minutes.
3. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for about 45 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
