- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 cup Fresh Berries optional
1. In a mason jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
2. Stir well to combine.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
