- 1 lb Asparagus trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the asparagus on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until tender and slightly browned.
Serve immediately.
