- 4 medium sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, toss the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sweet potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
