Instructions
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot but not boiling.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Add the gelatin mixture to the hot cream and stir until completely dissolved.
Pour the mixture into serving molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
