Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any short pasta
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ½ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Black olives sliced
  • ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
  3. 3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  5. 5. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  6. 6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
