Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any type
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese crumbled

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
