- 4 cups Peaches, sliced fresh or canned
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon optional
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add the milk and whisk until smooth.
Pour the melted butter into a baking dish. Pour the batter over the butter, but do not stir.
Arrange the sliced peaches evenly over the batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon if using.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
