Filling
- 6 cups sliced peaches
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter cold, cut into pieces
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Pour into a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
