Philly Steak Sandwich
A classic Philly Steak Sandwich with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 Large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until tender.
3. Push veggies to the side, add steak slices, and cook until browned.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Mix veggies and steak together in the skillet.
6. Place cheese slices over the mixture, let melt.
7. Toast hoagie rolls if desired.
8. Fill rolls with steak mixture and serve hot.
