  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese and chicken.
  3. Top with another tortilla and cook until golden brown, then flip.
  4. Cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve.
