- 1 unit Pie Crust
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Vegetables chopped (e.g., spinach, mushrooms)

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
