  • 2 lbs red-skinned potatoes cut into chunks
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup dijon mustard
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • ½ cup red onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, dijon mustard, celery, red onion, and fresh dill.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes to the bowl and mix until well coated.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
