- ½ cup rice uncooked
- 2 cups milk
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
1. In a saucepan, combine the rice, milk, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
2. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
4. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
