Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Potatoes boiled and diced
  • 2 pcs Carrots boiled and diced
  • 1 cup Green Peas boiled
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 pcs Apple diced
  • 1 cup Pickles diced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil potatoes, carrots, and green peas until tender. Let them cool.
  2. 2. Dice the boiled potatoes, carrots, apple, and pickles.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the diced ingredients and green peas.
  4. 4. Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
