Sausage Gravy and Biscuits Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Breakfast sausage
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 8 Biscuits store-bought or homemade
Preheat oven and bake biscuits according to package instructions if using store-bought, or prepare homemade biscuits.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbled.
Sprinkle flour over the cooked sausage and stir well to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes to remove the raw flour taste.
Gradually add milk while stirring constantly. Continue to cook and stir until the gravy thickens.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the sausage gravy over warm biscuits.
