Main Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
 - ¼ cup Milk
 - ½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
 - ¼ cup Bell pepper, diced
 - ¼ cup Onion, diced
 - to taste Salt and pepper
 
 
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the cheese, bell pepper, onion, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins are set and lightly golden.
Let cool slightly before serving.
