Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Frozen peas thawed
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup Red onion chopped
- 1 cup Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
1. In a large bowl, layer the chopped lettuce at the bottom.
2. Add a layer of thawed peas on top of the lettuce.
3. Spread a layer of chopped red onion over the peas.
4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the onions.
5. Add a layer of cooked and crumbled bacon.
6. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar together. Spread this dressing over the top of the salad.
7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
