Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Frozen peas thawed
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Red onion chopped
  • 1 cup Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, layer the chopped lettuce at the bottom.
  2. 2. Add a layer of thawed peas on top of the lettuce.
  3. 3. Spread a layer of chopped red onion over the peas.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the onions.
  5. 5. Add a layer of cooked and crumbled bacon.
  6. 6. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar together. Spread this dressing over the top of the salad.
  7. 7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
