Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 packet Dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 6 units Sandwich Rolls
  • 1 cup Sliced Onions

Instructions 

  1. Place beef chuck roast in slow cooker.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine beef broth and dry Italian salad dressing mix. Pour over beef.
  3. Add sliced onions on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
  5. Shred beef with two forks and serve on sandwich rolls.
