Slow Cooker Beef Stew Recipe
A hearty and comforting beef stew made in a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef chuck, cut into chunks
- 4 Carrots, sliced
- 4 Potatoes, diced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 cups Beef broth
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large bowl, coat the beef chunks with flour, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat a bit of oil in a pan and brown the beef on all sides.
3. Transfer the beef to the slow cooker.
4. Add all the vegetables, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the slow cooker.
5. Stir everything together and cover the slow cooker.
6. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef and vegetables are tender.
7. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper before serving.
