South Indian Bitter Gourd Roast Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 medium Bitter Gourds sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add sliced bitter gourd and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cook on low heat until the bitter gourd turns crispy and golden brown.
Serve hot as a side dish.
