Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 can Spam sliced into 8 pieces
  • 4 sheets nori (seaweed) cut in half
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. 2. In a frying pan, cook the Spam slices over medium heat until browned on both sides.
  3. 3. Mix soy sauce and sugar in a bowl, then pour over the Spam slices in the pan. Cook until the sauce is absorbed.
  4. 4. Place a slice of Spam on a piece of nori, add a scoop of rice on top, and use the musubi mold to press it into shape.
  5. 5. Wrap the nori around the rice and Spam, sealing with a bit of water if needed.
