Spiced Indian Cabbage with Beans Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage shredded
- 1 cup green beans chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 2 tablespoon fresh coriander chopped
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add shredded cabbage and chopped green beans. Stir well.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Cover and cook on low heat for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
Garnish with chopped fresh coriander before serving.
