Spiced Indian Cabbage with Beans Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage shredded
- 1 cup green beans chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 2 tablespoon fresh coriander chopped
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. 
- Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter. 
- Add shredded cabbage and chopped green beans. Stir well. 
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly. 
- Cover and cook on low heat for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. 
- Garnish with chopped fresh coriander before serving.
