Spicy Indian Gujarati Green Beans Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Green Beans trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add turmeric powder and red chili powder. Stir well.
Add green beans and salt. Mix well.
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender.
Remove from heat. Add lemon juice and mix well.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
