  • 10 oz Frozen Spinach thawed and drained
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic.
  3. Add spinach, Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Serve warm with chips or bread.
