  • 1 lb Steak ribeye or sirloin
  • 2 slices Bread toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 unit Onion sliced
  • 1 unit Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add butter.
  2. 2. Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Remove and let it rest.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add onions and bell peppers. Cook until soft.
  4. 4. Slice the steak thinly.
  5. 5. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the toasted bread.
  6. 6. Assemble the sandwich with steak slices, onions, and bell peppers.
