Instructions
Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches a rolling boil.
Continue to boil for about 10-15 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and skim off any foam.
Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving ¼ inch headspace.
Seal jars and let cool to room temperature.
