Ingredients 

Pie Crust

  • 1 Pre-made pie crust

Filling

  • 4 cups Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Pour the strawberry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Cover the pie with another layer of pie crust or lattice crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  7. Let the pie cool completely before serving.
