- ½ cup Rice vinegar
- ½ cup Ketchup
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Add the slurry to the saucepan.
Continue to cook and stir until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
