  • ½ cup Rice vinegar
  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Add the slurry to the saucepan.
  3. Continue to cook and stir until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
