- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, milk, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
