  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Red onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup Cilantro chopped
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions
