Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup Shredded chicken cooked
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the coconut milk, red curry paste, fish sauce, and lime juice. Stir well.
  3. 3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the shredded chicken and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the chopped cilantro, sugar, and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
