Top Ramen Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 packs Top Ramen noodles crushed, seasoning packets discarded
- 2 cups Shredded cabbage
- 1 cup Shredded carrots
- ½ cup Chopped green onions
- ¼ cup Sliced almonds toasted
- ¼ cup Sunflower seeds toasted
Dressing
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed ramen noodles, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped green onions, toasted almonds, and toasted sunflower seeds.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil until well combined.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
4. Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve immediately.
