- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 cup Carrots, finely chopped
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup Green Beans, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 20 pieces Lumpia Wrappers
- 2 cups Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, onion, green beans, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Place about 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto each lumpia wrapper. Fold the wrapper tightly around the filling and seal the edges with water.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the lumpia in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
