- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1. Chill the mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 10 minutes.
2. Pour heavy cream into the chilled bowl.
3. Start mixing on low speed, gradually increasing to high.
4. Add sugar and vanilla extract once the cream starts to thicken.
5. Continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
