  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add sliced okra and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  5. Cook for another 7-8 minutes until okra is crispy.
