Indian Aloo Gobi Recipe
A classic Indian dish made with potatoes (aloo) and cauliflower (gobi), spiced with turmeric, cumin, and coriander.

- 3 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 inch Ginger, minced
- 2 medium Potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 medium Cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro, chopped for garnish
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add minced garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
Add potatoes and cauliflower florets. Stir well to coat with the spices.
Add turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
