Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • as needed Oil for deep frying

Instructions 

  1. Mix flour, ghee, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add water gradually to form a dough.
  3. Roll out small portions of dough and shape into shells using a fork or a special tool.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer and fry the shells until golden brown.
  5. Prepare sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water until it reaches a one-string consistency.
  6. Dip the fried shells into the sugar syrup and coat well.
  7. Let them cool and serve.
