Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Spinach leaves washed and chopped
  • 1 cup Fenugreek leaves washed and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Rice flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend the spinach and fenugreek leaves into a smooth paste.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat ghee and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  3. 3. Add ginger paste and turmeric powder. Sauté for a minute.
  4. 4. Add the spinach-fenugreek paste and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Mix rice flour with water to make a slurry. Add this to the pan.
  6. 6. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until the mixture thickens. Add salt to taste.
