Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Spinach washed and chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  6. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted and well combined with the tomato mixture.
  7. Serve hot with rice or bread.
