Ingredients 

Marinade

  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 lbs Chicken Thighs bone-in, skinless

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, paprika, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and salt.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  4. Serve hot with naan or rice, and enjoy!
