Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Chickpeas cooked
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add ginger and garlic, sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Blend the cooked spinach into a smooth paste.
  5. Return the spinach paste to the pan, add chickpeas, garam masala, turmeric, and salt. Cook for 10 minutes.
