Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add ginger and garlic, sauté until golden brown.
Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
Blend the cooked spinach into a smooth paste.
Return the spinach paste to the pan, add chickpeas, garam masala, turmeric, and salt. Cook for 10 minutes.
