Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, onion, celery, salt, pepper, vinegar, and sugar.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes to the bowl and mix until well coated.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
